In 1972, N.E.W. Plumbing and Heating was founded. Working out of a residential garage and one service truck, the previous owners developed the company into a successful service business. Today we have 9 trucks and 12 service and installation employees to handle and Commercial or Residential service or install need that may arise.

The technicans were very nice and efficient. While they were in crawl space, a water leak was found and N.E.W. pllumbers called to come. Our leaks we. Have had several different technicians for plumbing and heating remodeling/new installs and all of the were simply wonderful and their work was impecc.

A big thank to N.E.W. Plumbing and Heating. Today I was at work for 5 minutes and all of a sudden water starts gushing from the ceiling. I had no idea where the shut off valve was. James called American Water and they were there in 15 minutes to shut water off in building. Within 1 hour N.E.W. Came out and found the broken water pipe, not 1 but 5… spots that had froze and burst. I have used them several times at my own house in Christmas Eve day we had a broken water pipe. I highly recommend them for anything that has to do with HVAC and plumbing.

Had an issue with them overcharging me once.. I spoke to the owner who agreed to lower the bill.. Little did I know the owner put me on a “Black List” to not do business with me.. fast forward a few years and I found this out when I called to see if they wanted to come out and give me an estimate on a all new furnace and central air system.. the… lady on the phone informed then about being put on their “Black List” for complaining about a overcharge on a bill.. So.. Colliers Heating and Air made a nice whopping $8,000 off of me instead of N.E.W. The owner of this

We called yesterday morning to get someone out to our house for an emergency leak and home improvement quotes. The lady said that she would put us at the top of the list, but that she couldn't guarantee a time. No worries on that. However, my Husband who is on a 3rd shift schedule stayed up all day long awaiting their arrival, but no one ever came,… not even a 2 second phone call. Fast forward to this morning, I called them to let them know that no one showed up, nor called to let us know they couldn't make it. The lady said that they had a lot of other calls and she would put us back on
