I never write reviews but my experience here at westside bath was so amazing that i had to. Sheila (the owner)Â Â is the sweetest and most helpful person. She goes above and beyond to help you with everything you need. Highly professional and organized she knows exactly what needs to be done and does it in a flash. I am a super type A person and i never had to worry for a second with Sheila. I let her take full reign. Her prices are AMAZING and her selection is absolutely breathtaking. The one saleswoman there yesterday wasn't wearing a mask inside! I called in advance to let her know we were coming to look at one particular bathtub. We walked in, she was on the phone, and wasn't wearing a mask while we were in the same room. She finally put a mask on when she came to talk to us. I found her to be impolite and dismissive in our brief conversation about this one particular bathtub. Run!! This place is a disaster. Sheila that runs the place is COMPLETELY CHAOTIC and unprofessional. She continually delayed and made mistakes on my orders. She lost my payment checks. She sent many other customers orders to my address. ALL of my orders were late as she forgot to initiate them. She sold me items claiming they had a warranty, however, hasn't provided me with detailed paid invoices so that I can address issues. I really don't know how this place is still in business.

I was planning on a bath remodel when Westside bath was referred by a friend. I'm glad I paid a visit to Sheila who is so knowledgeable, experienced and definitely knows her stuff. Sheila, the store owner, has been helping me for about three years, and my father for 10, with all sorts of orders we have, anywhere from showers, tubs and a few toilets and sinks, to faucets and knobs. I bought a few appliances from this showroom and I was taken care of very well. I came across Westsidebath's yelp and I kept hearing about Sheila Sheila Sheila and now here I am! I've never been so insulted. If you want someone to talk down to you by all means go to Westside Bath. I stopped by for some bath inspiration and when I started asking questions about options for an alcove bathtub or drop in/ undermount bathtub the salesperson said "don't say alcove" and "it means you don't want to spend money." I came into this establishment looking for a sink bowl and a faucet, I noticed Sheila waiting on a customer so I patiently waited till she finished, once she helped me out I explained to her what I was coming in for and she told me she had it in stock, while in the middle of her helping me out, she went ahead and got on the phone she left me standing in the middle of the floor. I've had such a great experience with Sheila, and her assistant Michelle. Sheila is a good at listening to what I want and helping me find products that are beautiful and within my budget. My contractor recommended Westside Bath. They have a great selection, but best of all the service is awesome. Sheila was so helpful. sometimes even recommending merchandise that was less expensive but totally perfect for my needs. It creates trust and repeat clientele. I am just starting a remodel. I am definitely going back.
