Avoid them, they sent wrong item. It was very expensive and I had to take the base off and rotate it and re assemble as it came installed incorrectly. I ordered one that glides and the one they ordered rocks. Its very cheaply made, the metal support pieces snap on each other.

I ordered furniture in October. Months went by and I heard nothing about my furniture. I had to inquire several times to find out what happened and was told to wait. 23 WEEKS later, I say I want to cancel my order as nothing seems to have been done. Then all of a sudden they can deliver. I've already asked to cancel, but they ignore my request.
Instead, they throw the order in my face saying "no returns". I can't return something I don't have. I respond to show them how poorly this was handled. They now won't talk to me.
Don't waste your time here. They clearly don't prioritize all clients.

I love this place. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and what every small business should be. I go there for furniture, pillows, lamps, wall decor, rugs....you name it. Why shop on the internet when you can touch it, feel it, see it. The best part is, you're not paying more to do all the above.

Don't be fooled. They will tell you that they are interior designers. They're not! Don't give them any money for interior design work.

If you need you antique rug cleaned this is the place. They charge by the foot. They also will tell you about your rug (where it's from and age) which I appreciated. 2020 update-rg decor has expanded is now has a huge showroom of very nice furniture, lighting and rugs. Definitely worth making the trip to the west side if you want something special for your house. Beautiful rugs.

We have purchased rugs, a chair, decor, and our tile for a recent bathroom remodel from RG and have been so pleased with the selection and service we've received! We will definitely be back when it comes time to upgrade our sofa to a custom sectional!

Buyer beware. Thoroughly examine your purchase before leaving the store. We bought two barstools, which they brought to us from the warehouse. We get home, then realize that one of the stools is missing half of the hardware to keep the seat attached. I call and Karen recites their no return policy, says their items are sold “as is” and basically says that we have to live with it. I informed her that I was driving back to their store and trading this stool for one of the two they still had in stock. I show up at the store and show her where the pieces are missing. She gives me the replacement

Walking into the store everything looks so nice; however, the customer service was not so nice. Everyone seemed too busy for us and not really welcoming. We actually ran into the owner or one of them and he was "nicely rude" as in made us feel like we didn't matter as a customer beacons we didn't "look" like we had enough money to purchase from them. He just made several comment that lead us to that impression. Like Laura J. Said they post great products on social media but they don't back that up with their customer service. I love to follow them on Facebook and Instagram because they post great products. My one negative is they need to lead proper social media etiquette and actually try and respond to posts and questions even if they are via PM. It's only made me not actually visit the store because of their lack of responsiveness.
