I have been in pain for the last 20 years and suffering from lack of sleep. I wasn’t a big fan of Acupuncture but my pain was so bad I was willing to try anything, within the first 3 visits with Lishu I started getting some pain free parts of my body & started getting some sleep I’m more relaxed and my motivation is building back up. I truly know I have a long way to go but after 3 total left knee replacements, neck surgery, Arthritis, PTSD “20 year USMC”, 15 year of teaching Early Child Education & being a 100 present Combat Veteran I’m finally getting some relief. I’ve seen a couple of acupuncturist before and seems like it didn’t help but Lishu was the best acupuncturist I have ever seen. I never felt so good after my first visit. My neck pains went away just the first visit. I recommended her to my husband and he couldn’t believe that it relieved his lower back pains. Lishu is on top of it , all my visits she always check my blood pressure and pulse and a thorough check up to see my condition and progress. If you have been suffering from pains , make an appointment with her and you will see the difference. I’m so happy I found her. She works miracles

I was referred to Cai’s Clinic Acupuncture &Herbs by the Kaiser Department of Pain Treatment & Management, for chronic knee pain, due to osteoarthritis, and chronic stomach pain, due to a Hiatal Hernia.
After 7 acupuncture treatments, my pain level has dropped from 7-8, to 4-5. I have also quit taking hydrocodone and Tramadol, and only take Tylenol and Melaxicam, as needed. I’m even postponing my knee replacement surgery!

I was referred to Dr. Cai by a good friend. She is very thorough and quickly identifies what needs to be addressed. Unlike other acupuncturist I have seen, she treats more than 1 condition at a time and uses many more needles, which I believe speeds up the body’s healing process. In addition, she makes custom herb formulas that you boil and drink at home, which work synergistically with the acupuncture. I have referred others friends who have all experienced great results. If you’re looking for a great acupuncturists she is the one!
