From the moment of booking to arrival, Kriss made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Her suite is stunning! Using natural products was important to me, and Kriss explained her products and their sourcing. They smell amazing too! I took the recommendation of another reviewer and added the oxygen, I do think it helped my skin feel plumper. It did make me giggly, though, but since it is short term it's easy to tolerate.
