My dentist referred me to PSA to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Jung was incredible and I was really impressed by how he went out of his way to check in on me and answer my questions post-op. The office staff are also wonderful! Scheduling was quick and efficient, and they were understanding and accommodating when a hiccup arose with my insurance coverage. I’d recommend PSA in a heartbeat!

I cannot thank Sabrina and her wonderful girls enough for helping me look my best this holiday season. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. All the NP’s and staff were so friendly and very helpful. Sabrina was a complete sweetheart and very knowledgeable in her craft. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my lip and Botox injections. I can’t wait to post a selfie.

I was interested in the botox here, contacted 3 times in one day, no answer. Finally got a text from the Sabrina Injects team saying they would get back to me the next day at 9am to book an app. Next day, nothing. I asked someone to call for me and the girl who answered said they sold out of the botox sale 3 days prior (yet i wasn't told that through text or at all). Still texted them, called once again and nothing. I was really interested in their services but not anymore. Would give the Sabrina team 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous to have potential customers running around to get someone there

I booked an appointment with Sabrina for Botox. I had to ask the front desk receptionist if they had me on the schedule because 30 minutes past my appointment time, and still hadn’t been called to the back. She assured me I had an appointment. Almost an hour later I finally get called to the back, and a different nurse comes in to go over what I’m wanting etc. doesn’t mark me or anything. Then Sabrina comes in and just pokes away! The appointment itself is 1-2 minutes. I don’t understand how it takes an hour to get called back there. MY time is just as valuable as YOUR time, and if theirs

Wasn't impressed I did a web consultation. Save your money you never actually speak with anyone. You get a email response that is all. Very impersonal and uncomfortable I thought you would at least get a conversation nope.

I was told the BBL would not fix that.I already knew that I had questions that were never answered.Due to lack of communication it is terrible to pay for a consultation and actually not get a consultation. I also wanted etching. I had so many questions that were never answered because you never actually speak with Dr Jung.

I just left this place and had to write a review! Vanessa is AMAZING! I highly recommend her. She explains everything and takes her time! I just got my lips done and cannot wait to see the results!!! I’ve been here twice to get my lips done by Sabrina, and both times have been amazing, she makes me feel so comfortable and calm, always asking if i’m doing okay! They have a new numbing technique that made the experience even better as I did not feel a thing! The only person I will trust for Lip fillers or any sort of injections!
