Fantastic owners!! Not everyone wants to share their personal health issues, pandemic or not. As someone who IS immune compromised I felt very safe in this store. There is absolutely nothing wrong with strict guidelines wether you agree or not (be thoughtful of others). BEAUTIFUL unique jewelry like I have never seen other places. Warm and kind owners looking after others safety along with their own. They even referred us to how to handle an issue to another business. Class act. This is a revised version of my previous post. I was very emotional and rushed and should have waited until I had settled down before posting anything in a review. My sincere apologies to the owners...it was not their fault that we were in a hurry. Anyway, I had been trying to get to this store during my whole trip because of the great advertisements I had seen in the tourist brochures. However, when trying to squeeze in as many activities as you can during a first time visit, it makes it difficult to get to everything, especially when the store closed at 5 pm each day. My fiancé & I have had the most wonderful experience with the owners, Pricilla & Bob. I feel so blessed to have found this place! My fiancé & I got my engagement ring & wedding band from Emerald Lady & we got his great grandfather’s ring resized and refinished here as well (it looks beautiful). Let's get a few things clear straight away - Priscilla and Bob take the current Covid crisis very seriously. There are a limit of 2 customers in the store at a time, you have to take a mask, and they will take your temperature when you enter. I've never seen a retail shop do that, and it was good to see.
What a cute place. They have everything from a keepsake reminder of your vacation up to very fine jewelry. They have some fantastic pieces that I've never seen anywhere.

Emerald Lady is the best of the best!!!! My fiancé and I went to 9 different jewelry stores in the Pensacola & Destin area to hunt for the right place to create our engagement ring, and after a few minutes of talking with Bob we both knew this was the one! We designed a custom engagement ring from a photo of a similar ring that I loved, using my grandmother’s diamond and Bob helped us make it even better than we envisioned!!!! He really knows his stuff and has excellent attention to detail. He gives you his opinion without being pushy, which from our experience looking for rings in several stores
