Personal chefs, provide flexible, peronalized menus, grocery shopping & meal preparation using the freshest ingredients possible at an affordable price. My passion for food continued as I grew older. However, instead of pursuing that dream, I chose to follow my other passion in life, teaching.
I attended college at Texas A&MUniversity, where I received a Bachelor's degree in Education.(Class of '94) I was a teacher by trade (15 years in Middle School Science), but always had an interest in owning restaurant.When I left teaching 2006, that dream became a reality. I learned that restaurant life was probably not for me, as I was newly married to my AMAZING husband Todd, and we were starting a family.

For a wine to be considered Clean-Crafted, it goes through two rounds of independent lab testing to guarantee that it's free of yucky stuff like synthetic pesticides and chemical additives and has fewer than 100ppm of total sulfites. We also evaluate and review farming and production practices to confirm that they are, in fact, Clean-Crafted.
