Once again items not dispatched or delivered when said even though issues with other items a few weeks ago the said it was a one off.
This time no response to emails etc either.
Having the cheapest prices for a lot of items I believe makes the think customer care doesn’t matter as people will still by due to prices

Terrible Customer Service - a multi item order containing Xmas presents never arrived after being told they had been dispatched. Numerous phone calls and emails later I have now been told ( 29th Dec) that one item is out of stock but they hadn't sent the rest of the order or attempted to contact me. SGS Customer Care had numerous opportunities to advise me of the situation and give me the chance to re-order in time for Christmas - instead they just made up excuses and didn't bother looking into the delivery. Oh and now 14 working days to refund my credit card !

I ordered an item on 24th December and paid for next day delivery of course knowing it would not be delivered until after Xmas but it stated it would be shipped same day which would have meant I would have received it today. It states I would be sent a tracking number once shipped and this did not happen. I decided I would contact them yesterday and did at 8 am. They stated it had been shipped and 4 hours later I had not received anything so I called again and managed to get a tracking number. Today my delivery had changed from today to tomorrow when I will be back at work so I contacted SGS again

I ordered an impact wrench for my husband as a Christmas present. The website indicated "Next Day Delivery" but I was never sent an email detailing that it had been dispatched. I didn't want to kick up a fuss due to it being the Christmas period and they were probably busy. But after 10 or so days, I sent an email chasing up my order. The response I got was that the item was Out of Stock, however, it is still listed as In Stock on the website now. I also noticed that the price had gone up (not massively); no alternative was offered despite the fact the item is clearly still in stock.

Been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Which was on next day delivery. Suppossedly lost by the courier. Now been waiting over a week for a re-ship. Wish I had never used this company. You can't get through on the phone. (They say they have more than one person - I don't believe them). The only way I can get through is by speaking to sales who pick up the phone straight away, but can't help me. Really cannot understand how a company can offer such bad service.

Compressor arrived damaged with broken screws holding guards in place and smashed air intake. I needed the machine for the weekend and this was Thursday and requested a refund or part to be sent next day which they say they sent.
Tuesday the following week still no sign of part.
Customer service is a waste of time.
Terrible service go elsewhere save the hassle.

I wanted a good quality tool cabinet for home use. Amazon had a few but the reviews suggested the quality of construction was poor. I found SGS Engineering on a Google search, and was impressed by the reviews of their products. I found a tool cabinet which looked ideal and ordered it. Delivery was quick - as promised - and the build quality is excellent. I couldn't find the handles for the tool chest and contacted Customer Support, who politely asked me to check ALL the drawers, and if they weren't there they would send me some out. I did find them. I'm very happy with the tool cabinet and it works

Excellent company to buy from.
Just an easy place to get decent kit at good prices.
I've smashed my bank account in their black Friday sales in the past couple of weeks and saved a decent bit of cash to trick my brain into thinking I can spend the savings on more kit...
They have a lunchtime wasting amount of stuff on their website for you to salivate over and it always arrives well packaged which can't be said for lot of companies.
Never had any drama with any purchases or deliveries so you can't fault anything really.

Bought a petrol powered multi garden tool. Easy to order, Delivered next day as stated. The equipment was as described and well made. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the tool as intended. I contacted SGS to explain and requested a refund. This was not a problem and the team were extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. I have bought other items from SGS, same great service. I judge company by the items they sell and the after sales service and SGS is five stars all the way. My tool chest arrived damaged in a small area it was packed well but the courier didn't take care.
These things happen and SGS replaced the top part very quickly and answered the phone and emails promptly. The unit itself is way better than it looks on the website and I'm very pleased with it, looks like I will be a returning customer. Thanks SGS.
