The owner is a little rough around the edges but once he understood exactly what we wanted there was no issue. They were 3 weeks ahead of schedule and I am waiting for install. I had to postpone because they were so fast getting it done!

The guy that works there was rude. It was if he found us to be wasting his time. He even said he didn't want to catch us stealing anything. We left and ended up getting what we wanted elsewhere. Certainly won't be going back.

Called about a reinstall. Needed work done soon as we had indicated when we called for initial removal. What happened after this was unbelievable! I was told they had many new orders and couldn’t come out for several weeks I advised that is not we agreed to. Steve basically said take your business elsewhere as he was too busy to work with an existing customer as they had many new customers. I advised I will reject my credit card debit and he said only half of it. What?? What kind of response is that? I then advised I tried to call earlier but was told he was unavailable. Who doesn’t have backup

Needed to "transform" my massage room into a temporary bedroom for my sister who was expected to visit for one month. She would be arriving in the next 2 weeks. The folks at Off The Wall made it happen! The room was comfortable with a real bed (not a pull out bed from a couch where you can ALWAYS feel the springs!) And I got my room back after she left. I have used it a couple more times for family from Scottsdale and others! No regrets! Great purchase! Thanks!
