Pretty facility, that's about it. Not worth spending your $$$ here. I went 3 times to the Alpharetta location, very disappointed on the non existing results that I know if used a different facility I would had seen some results. They hardly ever answer their phone, you most likely have to leave a message. Manager texted me 2 weeks after I left a message, which was too late. When I replied back by text my concerns, there was no reply back.

Bella is incredible. Everything about this establishment speaks to my soul. The energy right when you walk in the door is welcoming and kind. I’ve been seeing the Laser Guru herself, Alethea! She is sweet, informative and extremely gentle with my skin. Not to mention so fun to talk to! After my first visit I was hooked! Thank you Bella Medspa for making my visits like no other spa before! All things Alpharetta raves about their experiences at Bella med spa. So I figured I would give it a shot! WOW!!! This place does not disappoint. Alethea is great. The space is so clean and inviting. It feels like you're at a friends house getting the full on spa treatment. So glad I found this place. I will be back again, and again and again!!!!

This was my first time visiting Bella Medspa and I had to leave a review because I had such a great experience! The staff is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable, I am extremely happy with my results, More so than with any other med spa I have visited thus far.
They were very cautious and made me feel comfortable and safe during this scary time. The staff all wore a mask the whole time, there was hand sanitizer readily available. Overall I highly recommend them and I will definitely be back!

I've been going to Bella for 2 years and my skin has never looked better. The staff is knowledgeable and they are always up to date on current treatments. This is NOT a place to come to save money!! I've seen all negative reviews posted here concerning coupon redemption. This IS a place where you get the best laser skin care. I do the monthly VIP plan and get compliments on my 50+ skin ALL the time

I've visited Bella on occasions over the years and have always been really pleased with the results and service. Alethea is phenomenal and you can tell she loves what she does. And loves her customers! I've always appreciated how easy she was to communicate with -- she truly listens and wants to help you meet your goals. I've tried a few different things from this place -- microdermabrasions, peels, etc. -- and never have been unsatisfied. In fact, she's probably ruined me for other estheticians... I visited Bella in total of 4 times (including consultation) starting in the fall of 2015 for microneedling treatments. I first had a consultation with the office manager, Melissa, and she just did not seem acknowledgeable in anything she was talking about. She also showed me a picture of HER before and after photos that didn't really explain much nor was relevant to my treatment. There were times where the technician would make me wait 20+ extra minutes prior to the microneedling treatments, which is unprofessional IMO. After completing 7 treatments for laser hair removal on my underarms, it seems that I wasted both time and money. It looks as if I never even had the procedure done!
In between the first couple of treatments, I asked the laser specialist how long it would take to get visible results. She suggested that after the 5th treatment, I should be able to notice a major difference.
No results and no gradual decrease in hair growth. I still have to wax (now more often than I did previously). Please read reviews and discuss options before coming in here, as this seems to be the trend.

I came to Bella for laser hair removal on my upper lip - aka my mom-stache as my kids call it.
I drove down from Gainesville eight times to lie on the table and get zapped in the face. Frankly, it felt like I was making a trip into the city once a month to get backhanded in the mouth - it's a sensitive area!- so, like nasty tasting medicine, I had high hopes it was doing some good.
The facility is calm and classy and the ladies there were always kind and professional.
Sadly, eight treatments in, I'd say I had maybe 30% less hair and now, two years later, it's like I never had

I go to Bella for all my laser hair removal. Nicole is the absolute best! She carefully walks you through the process and makes sure you are "ok" during the entire session. I have treated my upper lip and underarms. My plan is to continue with other areas that need permanent hair removal. Oh the joys of being light skinned with black hair!
