Parkers Towing has been established since 1997 and originated in Newnan, Georgia. We have since then expanded and have an office in Peachtree City, Georgia in addition to our main branch in Newnan. We offer light and heavy duty services to the greater Coweta-Fayette areas as well as greater Atlanta.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The man answered the phone yelling at me on the other end. He hung up angrily and a female from the office called and had a huge attitude and also hung up on me. I would’ve rather pushed my car back to the destination than give this company any of my money. The tow will be covered by my insurance other wise I would’ve stopped the transaction. the worst service I’ve ever received. I do not anticipate this type of business staying open much longer with this type of etiquette. Maybe an anger management course or business professionalism class would benefit

Had a great experience in getting roadside assistance for a battery issue. The driver, Julian, was on site within around 15 minutes of requesting assistance. He was incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how to proceed with getting it fixed. I can’t thank him enough for getting us back on the road so quickly, would definitely use this service again.

Parker's recently had a bunch of vehicles vandalized in their lot. This a quote from their response to a review: "rather than to be assured that your vehicle will be in the hands of professionals that are highly trained, insured, and knowledgeable." This is not the case. Your vehicle is at jeopardy with this company. Just read the full response to another customer. This sums the attitude of Parker's Towing:
