I needed a plumber on an emergency call on a Sunday at 3PM. Ryan and Derek were quick to show up - arrived as expected, parts in hand, ready to work. He installed a bypass around a broken filter system and got us back up and running with our water supply. He was professional and courteous, explained everything and why he was doing it. About a 2-hour job with parts and labor cost me $300. If you ask me, it was money well spent. I will bring him back for regular plumbing/heating jobs.
