Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) was written and passed to ensure accurate credit reporting of individuals' personal information. It establishes rights to maximum accurate reports and procedures to correct inaccurate information on one's credit report. This law affects both credit reporting agencies and credit furnishers (ie banks, loan companies, and credit unions).
Civil Litigation, trial work, is a necessary means at times to resolve the dispute between parties. Many people think of litigation only when someone files a suit over a personal injury case. This is far from the truth. Civil litigation includes breaches of contract, work discrimination, insurance disputes, EEOC claims, wrongful termination, divorces, and other legal issues that parties just cannot resolve themselves.
Bankruptcy is a legal procedure that allows either individuals or businesses to change or put off their financial obligations that they can no longer pay. Bankruptcy is designed for people or businesses to get a fresh start or reorganize their debts into a manageable means of paying based on their income.
Chapter Seven (7), sometimes referred to as "straight bankruptcy, " is a liquidation proceeding where a debtor must turn over all of his non-exempt property in exchange for the elimination of certain debts. This Chapter is generally used by people with high amounts of unsecured debts. Unsecured debt is debt where there is no collateral or items that a creditor can take if the payments are not paid.

Before COVID one morning on my way to work I got hit by an 18 wheeler. By the looks of my jeep I am very lucky to still be here. Daniel Ware from Ware Law Firm showed up to the hospital the next day. I think reviews from consumer are important; yet, reviews from other attorneys are just as important, in my opinion. Lawyers know the level of integrity, skill, and value-added of their colleagues.
