Services
This treatment is beneficial for all skin types especially those with dry or rough skin texture, superficial acne scarring, & sun spot damage. There is no downtime with this treatment, and can be done as a "lunch-time" treatment. Combine it with a peel to give your skin an extra kick. No down-time good for most skin types.
Because the ingredients are all natural and certified organic when possible, there are less chances of a reaction. Also with the exclusion of "fragrance" those with reactive skin need not worry. The fact is the body absorbs what you put on your skin and these chemicals are toxic and should be avoided.

My first experience at The Skin Lab with Tobie was because I randomly purchased a Groupon. It was a good deal for something I didn’t know a lot about. I had never gotten a service like this or a derma planing session that my girlfriends kept raving about.
A very clean, intimate shop, where Tobie also likes to play music of your choice to keep you relaxed. She was incredible and super knowledgeable making my skin feel amazing and healthy.
I’ve gone to her every month for the last 6 to reup on derma planing, skin peels, and purchasing her masks and small batch, handmade products. Nothing harsh

I’ve been seeing Tobie for over a year and have never been so happy with or comfortable in my skin. She is friendly and relaxed, takes incredible care and uses impeccable products while I’m there and then teaches me how to take care of it myself in between visits. I’ll second another review that described how she taught me (and my daughter) to use oil for cleaning and moisturizing my face - never in my life would I have guessed this technique would make my face look so good at 50+! I have recommended her to multiple friends.

If you want to take ten years off of your face, have a relaxing experience, and possibly make a new beautiful friend..make an appointment with Tobi as soon as you can because she is booked for weeks ahead. I got the gift of dermaplaining from my daughter, I have never seen my skin so clear or soft from a non invasive procedure. Not only is this place adorable and easy to find, great parking, it's in a center that has other small businesses that are just as wonderful as this place. I found The Skin Lab on Groupon, and looked into Tobie's website. The website stated she prefers to have people pay her directly rather than purchasing the Groupon. I know Groupon takes a portion of the sales, so I thought it would be helpful to pay Tobie directly. I messaged Tobie about scheduling an appointment and asked if I should purchase the Groupon because of an additional coupon offered. She told me the price is too low for her and she won't be able to perform services at that price. She thanked me for informing her about the coupon being offered and then immediately removed the

Tobie was amazing! From the moment I walked in she was very inviting and attentive. She did an excellent job of asking questions and hearing my concerns. She explained everything she was doing and how that would benefit my skin. She took her time and went above and beyond my expectations. My skin felt refreshed and fantastic immediately following. I was very excited to try for the first time dermaplaning and I have always loved chemical peels. I bought a 3 pack and scheduled my first two appointments through The Skin Lab's scheduling app. First appointment scheduled, Tobie cancelled it. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday and she accidentally double booked me with someone - she asked me to find another appointment slot, but I ended up staying and waiting for over an hour so she could see me. She then cancelled my second appointment with her. I am extremely disappointed with her customer service. I didn't even receive a phone

Thank you for such a great service, Tobey! Dermaplaning was quick, painless, and left my skin looking and feeling amazing. I have sensitive skin, but the peel that Tobey chose was perfect for my skin type; I left with almost no visible redness. On top of the wonderful skin treatment, Tobey herself is so warm and all around awesome! She is knowledgeable about skin care and passionate about natural products (which I really appreciate). Need another perk? Try garage parking/validation so you don't even have to find parking near University/Evans! Scheduled my next service before leaving.

I went to Tobie yesterday after buying a Groupon for a chemical peel. I had never had one before and I wasn't sure what to expect. In fact, I had a vision that I would look like Samantha Jones after hers, all red and blotchy lol. Tobie is not only funny and sweet, but she knows her stuff! She started with the dermaplaining and my skin is so smooth. all the dry skin is gone and she extracted all my pores which I LOVE. Finally, she did the chemical peel, I upcharged and got this crazy thistle one, and it still feels like they are in my skin today which is weird and neato. My skin is not red

I just had my first dermaplaning experience with Tobie, and wow! I had never heard of the treatment before, but it is just amazing, and you don't have to wait to see the results--my face is still glowing, and so smooth!
I plan on going back and adding a peel, which Tobie suggested, and I already trust her completely with my face. On top of being a total pro, she is warm and welcoming with a very serene presence. If you are unhappy with your skin, I highly recommend having a dermaplaning treatment with Tobie before spending money on any other services or products.

Tobie is a wonderful esthetician and made me feel very comfortable as a first time client. I've been battling my skin my entire life and decided to have a dermaplaning treatment done to help with hyper/hypo pigmentation issues, dry patches, large pores and some residual acne scarring. One of the great added benefits is that this treatment removed all of the vellus hair from my face, leaving me with smooth, radiant complexion. I am more than happy with the results and can't wait to see how consistent dermaplaning can improve my skin texture, tone and feel.

I visit a girlfriend in Denver every few months and this time she treated me to a new experience at The Skin Lab. I had the best experience with the technician, Tobie. She was very professional, friendly, and skilled. The environment was relaxing. It's been two weeks since my visit and the results have been beyond my expectations. I have been using her skincare product line and am very satisfied with the results.
