S&R Heating & Cooling is full mechanical contractor (heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, water heaters, and duct cleaning) that has been providing service, sales, and installation for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in McHenry, Lake, and Cook Counties in Illinois, and Northern Wisconsin area since 1992.
We carry a full line of Heil products and service all major brands of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and fan coils. In addition, we carry these products that can further improve the quality of your indoor air: filters, UV lights, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and fresh air exchanges. Greg was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. I was recommended to this crew and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were patient, answered all my questions, and took care of my AC and furnace like their own. They are well versed in all things HVAC design and install, which is hard to find.

I talked to this company on Tuesday morning and they told me they would have someone out by the end of the week. I had to call on Thursday afternoon to find out when they would come. They then told me Friday at 1:00 they would be there. At 2:30 on Friday they finally called me and said there to busy and to find someone else. The temp in my house dropped to 60 degrees and I have a newborn. This company is a joke and should really be more professional and not waste people's time. I would never recommend them to anyone.
