I have worked with Roseann and the amazing team at Five Star Mortgage twice now. The first time was for the purchase of my first home and the second time they helped my mom with her refinance. We used Chris at 5 star for the purchase of our home. He was phenomenal and helped keep everything going, as we had a lot of issues with the sellers. Needless to say, he gained our trust. Since then, him and this company have been so horrible I will never use them again.
For starters, he called us to do a streamline refinance on our home.(this process took about 3 months and me calling every week for almost 2 months, as he never updated me. Not until I finally told his assistant that we would be using someone else if we didn’t hear back) I specifically asked him about our mortgage insurance

This was my first home purchase and these folks made the experience such a breeze! All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Documents were sent to me in a timely fashion and any issues were corrected immediately. I have to admit I was a little overwhelmed about the whole process in the beginning, but they took care of me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refi a home!
