4 hours from home and from our destination and the serpentine belt fell off. They took us right away and we were back on the road in less than 3 hours and the cost was so reasonable. I am from out of town and my check engine light came on. I was sent there because I have a Subaru and through an internet search Bulldog Auto Repair came up. They told me what the problem was and turned off the check engine light for me. They did not charge me anything and were awesome!! I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to everyone. It isn't often you find an automotive repair shop that is as reliable and honest as Bulldog Auto. After my recent alignment and set of tires the car handles like a dream. The repairs are perfect, price very reasonable, and ready when Shawn said it would be. I also appreciate Shawn telling me what maintenance will be coming up and how urgent it is. After a rough winter, I was unsure if my ancient auto was safe to drive out of state. I took it out to Bulldog Auto and not only received peace of mind following their thorough inspection, but also became an instant fan because the kind owner refused to charge me any money. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Even though his staff spent valuable time checking my car over, he refused to accept any payment because he said, "We didn't find anything wrong."
