This was my first experience with a caregiving service. In the beginning it was honestly a fairly bumpy run. However once we found a good match for my husband, it has been a pleasure to work with the team. Weekly I receive statements for the previous weeks work and am satisfied with the assistance from the office whenever there is a problem.

THE BEST! Thank you Bree and Justin for all your help... I called Tandem care planning and had immediate care for my mom after her knee surgery. I even called on a Sunday to finalize the planning , 24/7 how wonderful is that when in a time of such need. Unfortunately there is not much help with our elderly loved ones once released from the hospital or assisted care facilities. But with Tandem care they understand, care and work 24/7 to help with your needs. I'm so grateful and my mom got the care she needed.

It's not often I take time to write reviews. It's got to be a really good or a really bad situation for me to want to put words on 'paper' that will directly affect the bottom line of a business or service.

Hi. My name is Bonnie and I'm a caregiver with Tandem careplanning. I was hired in December 2019 and I am very impressed by how this company treats their employees and how they do business. They follow all the current labor laws which protects both clients and employees and the care coordinators really go above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome for both clients and employees. I find this company to be a leader in the ever changing landscape of caregiving. I've been a caregiver for over 38 years and worked for various companies and privately as well. Tandem provides both client and caregiver a great opportunity to save money and empowers caregivers to get a better rate through professional training and support. This gives clients great caregivers and saves them money. Tandem is up to date on all current laws which protects both client and caregiver. As a caregiver, my experience with CaregiversDirect has been awesome. Being busy with other things that comes life, I like the fact that this agency is very flexible with schedule and compensation rates, as well as the staff team being so kind and helpful when needed. Having experience in the field working with other agencies, I couldn't ask for a better company to work with so I'd definitely recommend them to my own family.

I so appreciate Caregivers Direct! They not only listen to their clients, they listen to us; their caregivers!

I'm a healthy, active, 30-something recovering from back surgery. With family and friends working during the week, it was hard for me to manage on my own the first few days post-op. I was reluctant to find a caregiver since I assumed most companies only catered to seniors, but when I talked to the staff at CaregiversDirect, they were so friendly and walked me through the entire process. Their site allows you to pick your own caregiver. Their caregivers all have detailed profiles and are easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend their services!

We've found a caregiver for my grandpa through CaregiversDirect.com to help him remember his medication, take him on his errands, and even do light cleaning around the house. It's such a load off to know that someone capable is looking after him. The CaregiversDirect matching platform was really easy to use - and gave us the choice of many different caregivers to hire. Highly recommended!
