Treatment was good. Getting our insurance filed was another matter. The insurance personnel at the facility in Louisville told me they had turned away other service members because Tricare wouldn’t cover treatment. This appears not to be true. Insurance personnel higher on the chain at Landmark are helping me navigate the lengthy process since Tricare is secondary for us. Once aware of the problem, they’ve been really good about follow-up and are remaining attentive to the claim as it processes.

The staff, therapists, and curriculum are excellent. I have received great care and continue to in IOP. However, many things need to be changed about the inpatient atmosphere. I was told I would be given a chance to give feedback about my stay at my time of discharge, but that never happened. So, here is my feedback. There is WAY too much toleration of "juvenile" behavior at the inpatient treatment center. There is WAY too much toleration of smoking/vaping. There is WAY too little focus on physical fitness as a part of recovery. My main frustration---smokers were given a 10 minute break every hour

I think that a Rehab facility such as Landmark can only provide the desired results if the patient is willing to put forth the effort and attitude to succeed.
From the second I pulled into Landmark, the staff was very thorough in my initial intake and assessment. From there I was given a brief tour and then brought back to the residential wing and introduced to the nursing staff and some patients. Everyone there is very warm and welcoming and super attentive to your immediate concerns and long term goals.
After the initial introduction to staff and patients, it is on to group meetings throughout

The experience that i have had at Landmark Recovery has changed my life. The individual therapy as well as group therapy has been so beneficial to my recovery. I feel confident that if or when i would ever need to reach out for help I will call them. I would recommend this facility if one is ready to change their life.

Landmark is an amazing facility. A family member went there for in-patient treatment. He stayed 37 days. The staff was amazing, from top to bottom. Everyone was focused on helping not only my cousin but the entire family. And they helped him establish an after-care program to solidify and support his recovery. And he said the food was awesome too lol. Thank you Landmark!! My family appreciates you!!!

I couldn't stay, the evening support staff STAYED on their phones and watched tv on the computer not all of them but the ones that were supposed to light cigarettes sure did, I couldn't even get my cigarette lit. The place was not clean. The men’s bathroom had dried puke in a area on the floor that wasn’t never cleaned up the whole time I was there. I felt alone to and if I'm gonna get clean alone I can do it at home in a clean environment. The best I could compare it too is the bathrooms at a truck stop the floors were sticky the bathrooms were not maintained. They gave us almost no snacks

Landmark is truly an amazing place. I had a fantastic experience there. Almost all of the staff is in recovery as well, so they know first had how to help us through early recovery. The staff truly cares about each and every person there. In addition, Landmark puts emphasis on building bonds and friendships that last beyond your stay there, helping you build a support group to maintain recovery, which is something I didn’t get at my last treatment center. I owe my life to Landmark.
