He then earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 1989, followed by his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1992.

Attorney Roger Islas represented me with my bankruptcy in the summer of 2020. I found him on the internet without a rereferral, when I called the office I was surprised that he answered the phone himself. The best lawyer you'll find in the Steubenville Weirton area. I was charged with OVI in Jefferson County. Roger did some incredible and amazing work, he got me down to a wreckless operation. I only had to pay a minimum fine for wreckless OP. I highly recommend Roger and I couldn't be happier with my result.
