Local Myth Pizza

We travel to Chelan a couple of times a year and local Myth had been recommended to us as we typically order pizza at least one night during our stay. So we gave this place a try tonight. Mediocre at best. Nothing too special about what we got. And they forgot to include the sauce for our breadsticks. Will go to Company Creek next time.

Local myth has been the pizza staple here in the valley for many years and I'm sure will be around for many more. If you're here in the summertime prepare for a long wait.

We've been here numerous times over the past several years. The pizza has been pretty good.

Tonight I ordered the margarita pizza and a Greek salad. Salad was excellent. The Margarita Pizza was just okay. Nothing special. The friends I was with ordered a combo Pizza. I looked over at the pizza and it appeared this toppings had just kind of been piled on top. There were no complaints

Yum Yum Yum.... our Favorite pizza in Chelan! Cute little place - not very much seating so if you want to dine in plan accordingly or prepare to maybe wait for a table. I would expect most business is take out though - which is what we do. The service is good and the pizza is extremely good! The crust is perfection - just the right amount of crispiness! They allow you to customize the toppings exactly how you like them, we always do a half and half so we each get what we like. Prices are average for a pizza place. Overall such a good place - we will keep coming back!

Genuinely just don't understand why this place is so highly reviewed... On top of waiting 40 minutes just to be seated and then 40 more minutes for the food to arrive, it was SO disappointing when it finally got to our table! We ordered the Crunchy Pep, as it came so highly reviewed- YUCK! Tasted like bacon bits from a can. Only positive was a delicious glass of wine from a local winery. Do not recommend this spot...

Stopped in after a day of wine tasting and wanted to mix it up a bit. Menu was diverse and gave the "build your own option." Had the " chicken cordon bleu," Creamy Garlic Leek Sauce, Mustard Sauce Swirl, Mozzarella Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Red Onions, Chicken and Canadian Bacon. Add mushrooms for a few bucks more. Added the mushrooms, held off on the "mustard sauce." Mustard sauce?! Really? Sounds awful (but probably good), had a build your own option as well. Saw the pizza at the table next to ours and thought, "oh ya, thin crust, now we're talking.

Very friendly staff. Great beer selection. Pizza is an Italian style crust and crunchy enough to pick up. Quaint setting down a side road with good parking. I would recommend it. The calzone looks like it might be two meals. Very clean place too.

Aug 2021 -- I'm not sure what the fuss is all about. It was only so-so. The pizza was just ok. Not great, but not bad. The wait was long, but we expected that. The whole experience simply wasn't worth the time and effort.

Great service and great food. We split the wedge salad and margarita pizza. Huge selection of draft beers and wine. We are only in Chelan for a few days and we may go here twice.

Okay, so before I say anything else, I want to say that their food is awesome. Quite literally, anything you eat is great. They have a good beer selection too. The issue I have is how they process orders an I am going to tell you how to work the system. So, if you order in-person and stay there with a drink or two and order an appetizer at a table while you wait to get a pizza a bring it home, you are considered "take out." The takeout line for orders is 2-3x as long as eat-in. While you are there ordering drinks and apps, people will be seated, they'll order and they'll finish

This pizza is amazing! We came at a busy time and it was definitely worth the wait. Our server took our entire order with omissions and substitutions without writing anything down. How cool is that? The pies came out pipping hot, loaded with all the fresh toppings. I love that their crust was crispy and not greasy at all. We ordered the LMCB, Pepp Crunch, Firecracker, and Sausage 2. They were all very different, and all mouthwatering delicious. The crunchy pepperoni topping was so good! I wish all pizza places offered it! This pizza was so craveworthy that we came back several days later

Always great pizza, always great atmosphere and people. Do yourself a favor and grab any of a number of fantastic pizza options (Creamy Chicken, Sausage 2, and The Combo are favorites). Also a great selection of local wines and beer.

Amazing staff and great food! We had Greek salad and veg nouveau pizza. Salad was delicious and served with chilled forks, exactly what was needed on a hot day. Pizza was perfect! Glad it was not loaded with cheese; enjoyed eating even the last bits of tasty thin crust..

The pizza here is absolutely amazing super creative toppings with an awesome selection of beers and lots of other things I would love to try that will have to wait till the next time I visit the service was quick the staff were very friendly I got to meet one of the owners named Madison she was super nice and told me all about how they make the pizza and where they get the inspiration for the different toppings. The Caesar dressing was made in house which made it absolutely delicious overall I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family definitely coming back!

Tried their greek salad and pizza. The were able to take out dietary preference into account and make slight changes to both.
Overall I loved the food. The only annoying part was the gas fire place we were seated next to didn't heat up and it was super cold. My fingers went numb and I had to go inside and warm it up with hot water.

Excellent pizza and bread sticks. Had the O.G. great crust and toppings. Service was very good and attentive. Pricing is what is expected for a good fresh made pizza. We ate out front at the patio bar. Nice shade. Thank you for a good time.

I was up visiting from AZ and this was my second time here. The pizza was amazing! Perfect thickness. Not too thin or too thick. Service was fast and friendly. Also loved the outdoor seating. My only complaint is my server Carson from my first visit, was no longer there. However, the staff did a great job seating us fast and promptly taking our orders.

We were quoted a 20 minute wait on a cold Saturday around 6 PM. Luckily, they'll take your phone number so we walked around Riverwalk Park until we were called back.

Margherita Myth, Small $13: Crust was thin and a little chewy, but burnt at all. Good ratio of sauce and cheese. I also ordered extra marinara sauce on the side to tip the crust. I'd get this again.

Firecracker, Small $13: This ended up being too spicy for me, but I did like the crunchy pepperoni! The sauce is a blend of the marinara and garlic leek sauce, so I ordered an extra garlic leek sauce on the side for dipping

At first, we worried about the three-cheese mix & pepperoni crunch (where's a regular pepperoni pizza?!). So we got a small Marguerita & Pep Crunch, aka supreme, hoping for the best...and OMG! yes this pizza was surprisingly tasty with a nice, chewy crust. The Marguerita (grape tomato & mozzarella) was clean & fresh, the crunchy pepperoni, mushroom, & onion very meaty but not too heavy. Highly recommend adding the substantial salads, big enough to share. Our Caesar rivaled something you'd get at a fancy steakhouse--served on an ice-cold plate. Service was fast, friendly & efficient. We never waited

Nice place a little spendy. They always get you on the drinks. Had the margherita with prosciutto. It was delicious. Highly recommend it. Had a college vibe to it with the decor. Small venue that can be intimate. Decent selection of craft beers on tap as well. Worth checking out of you like pizza.
