We think that Edna Jamieson is the hardest working real estate agent in the Smith Mountain Lake area. We have used Edna as our agent in both the purchase and sale of a home, so we have seen the extraordinary lengths she goes to for her clients. Edna is low key, but professional, knowledgeable, and a person of high integrity. We were comfortable with her from the start, and became fast friends. My wife and I currently live on the West Coast, but our plans are for us to retire on waterfront property. While trolling the web for lakefront property, I came across Smith Mountain Homes Real Estate and few of Paul Moore's listings. I called Paul and we arranged for me to fly back to the lake and have Paul show me more of the area and few selected homes/land for sale. Paul had made a number of arrangements for me to see the lakefront homes by land, water, and even a private plane flight to view the area from above!
