We had our house on the market off and on for several years with three different realtors and had only one showing. When we finally gave Andy Mooers a shot at the listing he had interested buyers within days. We got the price we wanted with minimum negotiations and closed the deal promptly without complications. He really knows the northern Maine market, was very responsive to our needs, and very professional. His assistant, Cheryl, was also very attentive, knowledgeable and effective. Having dealt with other realtors in northern Maine I believe he's the best.

I have been a real estate broker in 3 different states, including Maine and have invested in 4. I have nothing to gain by writing this review.
For the past 15 years I have found Andy Mooer’s marketing and I formation about the northern Maine area to be the best I’ve seen. The communications I’ve had with him have been forthright, honest and candid. I have been interested in the region because it’s where my ancestors lived primarily since the 1700s.
The region is lucky to have this level of quality service available to them.

Buying land from out of state, let alone from across the country is not a simple feat but working with Andy took so much stress out of the process. We were super lucky to find his office! He is a great resource for local information and is fabulous with communications. We never felt pushed, over sold, or left in the dark. The process was informational and straight forward and we found exactly what we've been looking for.

Andy is just wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about marketing and getting our property out there when we decided to sell our camp. He handled all of the details which was so great. He produced a video of our camp while we talked about how special the place was to us and many of our fond memories. That video was so nice, I'd like to keep a copy.
