David Miller was extremely thorough and very professional. He inspected an older home I was interested in purchasing. His attention to detail was incredible. He even allowed me to walk the property with him during the inspection. He was very patient and thoroughly answered any questions I had. His report was very detailed and easy to read. He even took pictures and included them in the report. Would highly recommend! I will definitely be using him again for future home purchases.

David Miller caught the broken dishwasher and the garbage disposal issues, but overlooked a failed water heater control unit and a dead clothes dryer and a failed HVAC unit that had no refrigerant in it whatsoever.
I spent $500 for this inspection, and I have paid over $5K for repairs that could have been caught during the inspection.
Could have been way better!

This man is amazing in his work. There is nothing you can hide from this mans inspection expertise! I had him inspect a home pre purchase and was not actually present to see the home myself. He went far and above to show every aspect of the inspection through pictures and videos. His knowledge and experience led to a comprehensive inspection of every nook and cranny in the home. He is absolutely not afraid of getting into dirty places to find the truth. This man is well worth the price, you will not find a more competent inspector. Thank you for all your help! Great report. Great experience with this company. Took my call immediately, scheduled inspection within my time frame, were on time, clean, professional, very thorough and took the time to walk the home and review the preliminary results so we could ask questions. Got the report back the next day and it was perfect. They even called to follow up and see if we had any questions about the report. Don't call anyone else - go with the best. Competitive price too, and worth every penny.
