The staff seems lost.
I request info via a website, got a text message that was unresponsive or gave bad information.
I go in the office and they are ranting about the phone ringing while ignoring the same phone.
I get bad information from the front desk.
After 3 days of trying I finally get a time slot to look at an apartment and they can't find the keys.
To top it all of, the house was a disaster. $975 rent for a disgusting place you couldn't pay ME 975 to live in.

I’ve been renting from OnQ since October 2021, every problem I’ve had has been addressed within an hour of putting in a maintenance request. The app is super convenient to pay rent and for communication! They also have a text line that is available for easier communication. It seems their “Business hours” are 24/7, no matter what time of day, or if it’s the weekend, if I have an issue somebody let’s me know that I have been heard. I have never rented from such great property management, definitely the best one around NEA!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I wish my landlord would of chose a different property mgmnt company. They are rude & unprofessional. They only care about making money. Talk to you any way and nothing is never their fault. They don't care how they talk to renter's only how they talk to the landlord. Leases usually say they give you 5 days to pay the rent in full their's is only 4 day's--never heard of this. you have to have permission for everything even a harmless fish! They charge a big amount if you are even 1 day past the 4th day! Who charges a $50.00 flat fee? They do & late fees after

On Cue has managed my first rental property for a few years now and I have nothing negative to say. I’ve received all rent payments on time and never had a bad tenant. Robin is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. If you’re looking for someone to manage your properties, no need to look anywhere else!

They took my application fee and I wasn't finished with the application process.😡 I was calling them back and got no answer. The lady said she would send me a link to finish my application and never got it. Instead I got a denied application. So basically they are taking your money regardless of your situation. Do not give these people your money unless you know your going get a place or eligible for the property your applied for.

There were honestly red flags about this company before I even signed my lease, but my girlfriend and I loved the house that we found, so we went through with it anyway. OnQ is so money-hungry, it's wild. They don't accept debit card payments because they don't want to have to pay the $3.00 service fee that goes along with my $1,800 security deposit/first month rent. They require a gross monthly income of three times the rent, which is typical, however we were told by Robin that this

So I've been calling week after week about a property I've been interested in. I get on the new "call list" where they are supposed to call you first about that property being available. I was checking night and day on the website as well. Luckily I saw one morning when it became available... No phone call or anything. Then I apply for this apartment ($120 in application fees) and I wait a few days. Eventually I call back to see what's going on and I was denied. No opportunity to correct my application or supply more information. I just threw $120 down the drain. Especially when I called to confirm

Love the employees and most definitely Robin Quick. Can call the office and they go beyond to help with your needs. Also love the app to pay your rent and if you need maintenance at the bottom of the app is where you put in a request for what problem you need fixed. Maintenance guy is also on top of everything and gets to you as soon as he can and it don't take him long. He is a very good guy.
