Good Dentists, BUT TERRIBLE self absorbed office personnel !!!! Too bad The Burns family is likely unaware of that, let alone of how many folks dislike their establishment due to the office staff. I mean they're who you 1st deal with over the phone inorder to schedule, then when you arrive, and again upon leaving, It definitely matters... Unfortunantly Myself and 5 kids will not be returning.

Let me start by saying I love this dentist office & most of the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I’m giving this 3 stars because of the receptionist, I called today to change an appointment & she was rude & very short with me.. I’ve had this happen in the past with the same receptionist & I let it go but today she was just way too rude for me not to say anything. I hate giving bad reviews, I hardly ever have anything negative to say but this bothered me. I will continue to come to this dentist office, I just hope that they can fix this problem!

Our grandson became a new patient at this office recently. He had a wonderful experience! He had never been to the dentist before so we weren't sure how he would react.
