Signsations Inc. was started back in 2004 by local Redding residents Scott and Terri Welch. After working with Pepsi for 16 great years Scott was ready to take the leap into small business ownership. His ever-supportive wife and three daughters jumped in with him and bought Signsations from its original owners, also local Redding residents.

If I could have given no stars I would have done that....My husband and I have recently taken over a small business here locally from a gentleman who wanted to retire. This man used Scott and Signsations in the past, so we thought we would keep that going since we need to have 4 vehicles decaled. My husband had personally talked with Scott, the owner of Signstations about having our truck done first. Scott politely asked us to hold on and wait for his company to slow down in about 3 weeks. Super disappointing customer service. I'm trying to call around to get quotes on various sizes and types of banners, but they will barely talk to you about anything of substance on the phone. They want everything via email. I don't want to deal with a back and forth email exchange. I just want to get some very basic information, but the woman I talked to kept directing me to send an email.
I get the wonderful benefits of email, but it's not for every situation. Even after I told her that I want to get quotes over the phone her response was "most people want official quotes

Great people Excellent work went above and beyond what they had too. Great prices.i gave them a really short notice on what i needed and they came threw. I loved how he took me in the back and showed me that's its all done inhouse. I didn't feel like just a number to them.He sat down with me and took the time to make sure it was just how I wanted it. Hands down the fastest , friendliest, high quality, affordable service I have ever received. I use them for the clinic I work for as well as personal items. Scott and Michelle are amazing. I know them really well and not many people get to see how good they take care of there customers. Signsations is a small family owned company, but they are CONSTANTLY busy with little help. Yes I worked for the secretary office for about 7 months and had to move out of CA but by far the most carrying people towards there customers and nothing is better than good customer service! Keep up the good work Scott!
