Profession of pharmacy dates back to ancient times, where pharmacists prepared medical concoctions for patients upon receiving directives by prescriber. All 4 of these pharmacies were combined together to operate under single brand of "Eckerds Pharmacy" in 2017. This assimilation has given better name recognition to the group and will improve customer confidence in our team.
Eckerds Pharmacy is proud to offer variety of specialty compounding products to customers with needs. Our compounding pharmacists are highly qualified and trained in area of pharmaceutical compounding. In addition to these categories listed, we can evaluate your special needs and your doctor's recommendations to create and design customized formulation just for you.

Eckerds is the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are so attentive to the needs of their patients and will go the extra mile to help if there is ever an issue, which is rare in itself. I recently had to switch to a big retail pharmacy due to insurance reasons and let me tell you- I now realize what a gem this place truly is! I miss you guys but hopefully I'll be back at some point. Happy new year!

I moved to the Lake Jackson area around 4 years ago. Just like so many others, I automatically went to Walgreens or CVS for all prescriptions and other medicines. I would always get the same type of individuals that would make you wait at the counter with out even greeting you or that would give me some excuse or problem. I would be told that the prescription is not filled yet and I could come back later or wait 45 minutes. This pharmacy is a GODSEND! No exaggeration!! This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever used in my life!!
I am a traveling nurse, so I move a lot. I have used pharmacies in 9 states and ST. Thomas USVI and Puerto Rico. My DOCTOR recommended this Pharmacy to me because I was using WAlmart ( always a nightmare), CVS and Walgreens , when I had to.- just to find one prescription.
My triple - board certified Doctor heard about my Challenges with WAlmart and was livid! . Those other pharmacies wouldn’t have my medicines available even though I had standing orders for certain medications that I needed

Vic and staff are great, I only have too go here now , not. 2 or 3 different pharmacies , because they always have what I need and CVS or Walgreens never always had everything I needed, they would lie or be really bad at ordering, but you don't have to be really nice to your customer, well I hope Eckerds grows bigger them both!

Forget Walgreens and CVS, they're absolutely terrible.
Eckerds Pharmacy is the Best pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only do they search for the cheapest price and coupons for each of your prescriptions (without even having to ask them), but you can expect to have your Rx filled within minutes of walking into the door. Super efficient staff and very caring.

Nothings perfect or a breeze like it was years ago but I must say I am very pleased with this pharmacy despite bureaucratic run ins sometimes which is not the fault of the pharmacy. But there is nothing unpleasant here like at most pharmacies such as Walgreens or CVS. You are in and out fast. I love that about Echerds and it must be good because I will use this pharmacy as long as I can and I live more than a hundred miles away. If I can't get there in person, they mail them to me!

This pharmacy advertises $2.99 generic medications. I ordered Allopurinol, both 300 mg and 100 mg. These medications are available almost everywhere for $10 for 90 days supply (l per day). At $2.99 per month it should have been $8.97 but I was charged $10. When I asked I was told that prices for these medications are being raised and would no longer be available elsewhere for the $10 price (not true, I just checked Winn Dixie's website) and next time would be $30 ea for 90 days next time.
