They were very professional, I had a hard time finding the spray I wanted for my dear friends funeral. They custom made it in short notice and assisted with every detail, which in times like these made that extra warm touch more special. Quality and professional work. My husband called in last week for flowers to arrive today on valentines. At first he wanted roses delivered everyday for 4 days; got a price over the phone and then when he came in to pay, they gave him a price double than the original stated amount. Instead, he went with roses being delivered for Valentine’s Day. He specified for delivery to be 12pm - never came in. When he called to see why they weren’t delivered yet, person who picked up the phone said there was no time listed for delivery for the flowers. I stopped by this establishment the day before my anniversary! Not only were they extremely helpful, but also very professional and fast. I had a few specific items I wanted in the arrangement; however, they took it to the next level. I waited as they made it, and I was very satisfied, especially with my experiences with other local florist. 5o top all of this off, you definitely get your money's worth. SO SO DISAPPOINTED!! Don’t waste your time or money!! I purchased flowers for a funeral and when I saw them I was embarrassed. The greater glory basket arrangement was lackluster. It was suppose to be 27inches high and 19 inches wide. I was expecting a descent size beautiful arrangement. Instead they delivered a small arrangement not even 15 inches x 10inches.
The most upsetting part is that our arrangement looked as if we cared less!! It is a Shame that I didn’t get the quality I had paid for.
When I called to notify them of my disappointment, it seems like they care less.

1-800-Flowers completely messed up my order. Mrs. Linda and her daughter were nothing but professional in the way that they handled the confusion. I truly wish there was a higher score than 5 stars because I feel that they truly deserve it. The arrangement that they delivered was absolutely beautiful and my wife loved them. I well never use another florist. They have secured my business for life. Great Local Florist!!!!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Tuesday, asking for delivery on Friday or Saturday. On Saturday night, my mother called me, all upset, because her flowers had never arrived. The shop had phoned her Friday morning to schedule delivery and then never brought the flowers! When I contacted the shop by phone Saturday night, the woman answering my call took my information and then placed me on endless hold. End result: No Flowers For My Mother. I tried to bring a little joy to my mother and all Flowers by La Fleur could deliver was a bouquet of hurt.

Flowers by LaFleur's are wonderful . I spoke with Linda who was very professional and went out of her way to make sure the floral spray was perfect ! I was originally hesitant to order because I live out of state and would not see the floral bouquet but Linda insisted on texting me a picture and wanted to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied. I cannot stress how impressed I was with this shop and the quality of the flowers and originality! I highly recommend Flowers by LaFleur's!

Wanted to buy fresh flowers for my home... no real occasion, just to have. Hydrangeas, snap dragons, stargazer lillies, etc....I was invited to go into the cooler to pick them out. Difficult
task-- every single flower in each bucket was wilted, minus the spider mums, which I don't love. Not horrible but noticeable. Hoping they'll perk up after a trim and putting them in water. I will say this- they smell amazing.

Very disappointed at the fact that my Mother’s Day arrangement was not delivered until 5:00 pm on Sunday!! Not to mention, the flower arrangement I ordered was replaced with another arrangement that was not even close to what I paid for. I had been calling this florist shoppe repeatedly since Saturday morning trying to confirm delivery only to be told it’s on the truck. Then after I got the wrong arrangement the florist shoppe told me they will refund my card after they picked up the arrangement. I told her I wanted what I paid for and she stated the florist shoppe did not have any flowers

I called Flowers By La Fleur Shoppe about a half hour before they were supposed to close to get a funeral arrangement for the following day at 9am (tough ask). They gave me friendly service and were patient with me while we decided on an arrangement. The girl I was spoke with was extremely kind. I recommend this florist for any of your flower needs!

Rude customer service. This business is not ran very well. They decided to close early the day my flowers have should have been delivered. Why did they accept my husband's order if they knew they'd be closing early that day? The lady I spoke with tried to blame the mishap on 1-800-flowers. The flowers should have been delivered on the 3rd of July and the first attempt for delivery was made on the 5th of July. Come on, we all know what happened! This flower shop closed early to go have fun instead of doing their job. Common problem with New Orleans businesses. Partying takes precedence over work

This florist shop is the pits. My parents sent me a poinsettia for Christmas. The plant was delivered by a less than professional driver; it reeked of smoke and was completely wilted. I called and, to their credit, the woman on the phone agreed to replace it. The next poinsettia was twice the size of the first...and probably the ugliest plant I've ever seen. Wilted (dying, really) and hideous. Don't spend your money here.

I came in THURSDAY afternoon and placed an order for a red corsage and requested to pick it up SATURDAY afternoon, and she told me to come get it for 3:30. LETS JUST SAY THEY CLOSE AT 12 pm ON SATURDAY. Not only did she have a terrible attitude, but she isn't even aware of HER OWN work hours. Never coming here again.
The only good thing was I didn't have to pay until I picked it up BUT i never picked it up, so I saved $21.50.

FTD screwed the order up and ended up cancelling half of my order going to the same place. When I called to inquire about the cancellation they said they don't deliver to that area. Long story short, this florist not only got me out of a bind, but expedited my order promptly and it looked fantastic! Thank you for saving me!

Just like the other reviewer said- TERRIBLE. Sent an incomplete order, waited around all day for the rest of it after they said they were coming right back, finally called to see what was going on. Got attitude, no apology and no guarantee that I will even get the rest of my gift. Thanks so much for ruining what was supposed to be a nice present from my boyfriend :(

I was really unimpressed with the service. My mother called in an order at 9AM and told me it would be ready to pick up at 1PM. I got there a little after 1. There was a wedding consultation in the entry way, one of the staff with a client at a small table by the front door, and I could hear voices in the back, but I was completely ignored for several minutes while I tried to figure out if I was supposed to be helped by the wedding consultant or...? Apparently you're supposed to ring a small bell on the desk to get someone's attention.

Worst service imaginable. This flower shop not only DID NOT deliver flowers on Valentine's day or my anniversary, the delivery guy lied about trying to deliver them "because the security guard wouldn't let him in" (I confirmed that a security guard was not even on duty during that time period, and the leasing office was open -and very willing to accept flowers). I live in a building where everyone gets flowers delivered, and have never had a problem with any other florist.
