Professional, On Time, Accurate, Knowledgeable, Stress Free and Modern ideas. I hired Simon Architectural to re-design a beach front Condo in Highland Beach. The goal was to rework the entire space to open concept with a modern beach aesthetic. They accomplished the goal effortlessly and made the experience simple. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We are an hoa that hired Simon architectural to replace rotted t1-11 with Hardie board. we got a price with Simon for 138,000.00 with a 35,000.00 allowance. We paid these guys 14,000.00 first check draw 2nd was for 28,000.00 3rd was a change order for 4,700.00 so a total of 46,700.00 with this amount being paid it should have completed 5 of the 30 units.Things seemed to be ahh ok in the first 2 days a gentleman victor came in a pick up truck with 2 other guys they tore off all the rotted wood they went up to the insulation. You would think that you would cover up that insulation NOPE NOT THESE
