EESC is best known for having been the primary environmental consultant for the Arizona School Facilities Board (ASFB). EESC has completed comprehensive due diligence investigations of a few hundred school sites throughout Arizona.

Services
From the beginning, the focus of EESC has been to provide environmental due diligence for real estate. The first EESC job was for a CLIENT that reclaimed mineralized waters from waste rock dumps in Bisbee. Since then, EESC has completed hundreds of Phase I ESAs of a wide range of property types throughout Arizona.
