My husband and I bought a truck from here last weekend and let me just say how awesome of an experience it was! We brought our 4 & 6 year old with us which was very risky considering the time requirement for getting a new vehicle but they accommodated my family to the max! Their establishment is very professional and staff is very easy going and friendly. ABSOLUTELY amazing people! I love the friendliest and amazing environment. I’ve seen my fair share of car lots. They do treat you as family and that they’ve known you your whole life. They say Hi when you come threw the door. When you all sit down and get to know each other a little better they ask you if you want any drinks or candy. Rana is the finance lady and boy did she really work with the numbers to get my husband his dream truck. They didn’t push or demand they was patient and kind with us. On Feb 27th, 2021 I had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Mike Odeh who, from the start to end of the process of purchasing my dream car (2013 BMW M5) were unbelievably professional, gracious, informative, and overall kind individuals that have a love of cars and run an excellent business. My father and I drove from Minneapolis just to test drive and purchase the M5 and would easily do it again for any future used car purchases that I might have (family and friends included). I just love this place! We will be back and will refer friends and family. I bought the car of my dreams after looking for 5 months. I just could not believe what great shape it was in, every detail was perfect! So glad I waited. The buying process was incredibly easy, we felt like we got great value for our price. And we loved working with Mike and Rana - both were so likeable and trustworthy, and as my husband says, it's rare to find when buying a car. My daughter went to Landen Motors to sell her car. We had the best experience! Customer Service was excellent, and they gave my daughter a great offer for her car. The sales process was very easy and quick, and my daughter left with a check in hand that same day. I was particularly impressed with their hospitality, offering my daughter and I a special imported tea that was very good.

I cannot say enough about the staff and experience I had at Landen Motors. I had been looking for a new car for several weeks and after a few bad experiences with other car dealers stopped by to look at the inventory. I was impressed with the options available and the staff (Rena especially) was amazing. I ended up finding a car I am truly happy with at a price I could not have found anywhere else. I would recommend (and have) going to Landen Motors to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality car.

I had recently got into a car situation that I was not to pleased with. So I decided to go to one dealership in KY after that didn't work I decided to drive out to Landen Motors. I walked in Mike was sitting at his desk and instantly greeted me, I asked for Rana which I was recommended to and she comes out to great me (I instantly felt warm and welcomed).
