Last night the spring broke on my garage door, and Don's garage was able to squeeze me in the next day for an appointment.
They gave me accurate quotes over the phone, and my garage door technician, Sam, showed me all of the parts of my garage door assembly that were getting old, and might need attention in the future.
First of all I like the fact that Don's garage doors are honest, they get you on the schedule fairly quickly, and they are very good at what they do.

Can't say enough good things about Don's Garage Doors. My technician was Seth and his professionalism, technical knowledge, and customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced in any industry. He helped me design and replace (a major upgrade) my garage door. There was some trouble down the line (not his fault) and Seth came back out to completely fix the issue. I will not be calling anybody other than him to help me with maintenance or servicing. If possible, ask for Seth, you won't regret it!

I can say they have a very professional team. It shows from the first call in to the office all the way to when you greet the service tech and to the final farewell.

This afternoon my son called to me, "Mom! The garage door just made a weird sound." It didn't want to open. I checked the line of site for the safety eyes at the bottom. I even unhooked it and tried to open it myself. No luck. Time to call in the experts!

We had Don's Garage Doors replace an existing two car door and install a new single 8' door. The doors turned out great! They look good and work perfectly. Brian was a pleasure to work with. My spring broke. Fortunately, the car wasn’t stuck. Made an appointment on Monday for Thursday. The tech saw the appointment and was able to get me in on Tuesday. By the time the repair was made, it was clear I needed a new door (the paneling had all shifted and broke free from the casings). Was able to keep my Thursday appointment for a new door. Unfortunately, the tech had a family emergency and couldn’t keep the appointment. Don came out with his son to get the work done himself and get me back into the garage. He even disassembled and hauled away an old opener I had replaced myself but

Ok. I had no idea what was wrong with our garage door. Jessie arrived and immediately knew we needed new springs to lift our 2-car metal door. He worked quickly and methodical to remedy the problem and even helped us check a few other garage related items. I am very impressed with service! High Mark for Don's Garage. An old Stanley garage door opener lifted its last door. Opener was replaced, tested and works flawlessly. Ozzie called to let me know when he would be here, explained all my options and answered all my questions on the new opener. And he wore a mask. I appreciate the courtesy.

I had locked my remote in my detached garage. The condo management company, who owns the garages, did not have a key or a key code for my garage, resulting in my having to call for help.
I called Don's this morning, and they were able to get me into the schedule today. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected, as the release cable had been made unusable by a previous tenant.
Sam got here faster than I had anticipated, and worked diligently to get the door open, add a new lock and release cable, and program the key pad and a second remote. The service was amazing!
