I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Dr. Paul Herrin. I grew up in North County and graduated from Hazelwood High School in 1974. Four years later I graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In 1983, I received my doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.

The gold of North County dentist. Recently, I had a dental emergency situation. I called the office and explained my issue. Connie jumped into action and took the steps to get me an appointment that same day. If you ever experienced tooth aches you know time is of the essence. When I arrived, everyone was so friendly. Diane took a x-ray and prepared me for the dentist, she also graciously allowed me to hold her hand, while the dentist addressed my concerns. Finally the dentist explained my issues and shared his concerns, all while providing a choice as to how I would care to handle it. Thank you

Did you spend the morning with your dentist? I did🌞, and it was wonderful - AS ALWAYS! There are a few "tried and true" Florissant establishments and the house/dentist office on Derhake is one of them. The staff at Dr. Herrin's office is exceptional. First impressions are gold and Connie shines bright as the person who will talk appointments, insurance and money with you. Erica takes care of me and she is funny, serious when needed and an honest resource. I wanted to take my daughter here for her first dental visit after seeing all of these great reviews. Connie, who I spoke to on the phone was very rude! All I asked for were recommendations and her response was: "Why are you taking your chid to the dentist in the first place?" "We don't see her age at all", (sarcastically) "Well that was a smart answer". Everything in her tone was rude! I just had to hang up. Please find a new receptionist!!!

This was my first experience here. I have a severe phobia of the dentist, and Dr. Herrin and his staff were so welcoming and gentle and put my mind at ease and made it a very pleasant experience! I was so happy! I had no fear at all! Very knowledgeable and welcoming and respected my pronouns and preferred name as well! Lighthearted jokes to put my mind at ease and reassurance about my issues with having troubles with being numbed up! Thank you so much for being so kind, patient and understanding! HIGHLY recommend!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Herrin for almost a year & I am 100% pleased. He is honest & fair. Dr. Herrin only recommends necessary treatment. (Unlike some others) The entire staff is also very pleasant. They are always bringing awareness to important causes & I'm always willing to participate. I'm also pleased with my cosmetic work. Because in the day-and-time of Snapchat you notice your flaws constantly.

I've been going here for many years now. I've been to my "in network dentists" for my insurance and they are just not the same. I'm willing to spend a few extra dollars to have the best care for my teeth. Let's not forget the experience which- they make sure you're 100% comfortable. After reading some other reviews- I realize that people have a dislike for the secretary Connie- well get over it. After many years while living in Florissant and 2 years of driving 30 miles to his office, I have decided to change dentists. Dr. Herrin and his team have all been so great, always super nice and want to get to know you! I will be missing all of his girls very much. The only reason I am giving him 4 stars is because of the absolute turn off I get coming to his office because of Connie, who runs the front desk. She was always rude and does not fit the atmosphere at all. I hope his practice continues to do well and Connie doesn't make him lose anymore clients. Best of luck to you all!

I've been looking for a dentist for awhile and glad I came across Dr. Paul Herrin. He personally called us the evening before our appointment. He wanted to introduce himself and get to know us before we came into the office for the 1st time. It's always a scary feeling when you walk into a new dentist office. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Dr. Herrin is very detail oriented and methodical in his practice.
