We've only used Big Man Movers when we have needed movers. They are too good, friendly, and professional for us to look elsewhere. When any of our local friends need movers, we recommend Big Man Movers.
Our last experience with the Big Man Movers team was very notable. We were all prepared to move when we found out in the last hour that the rental we were moving to was not ready yet. When I say the hour before moving, I literally mean the hour before moving.
Big Man Movers was able to get us rescheduled for the following week and seriously took such a load off of our minds...no pun intended.

Let me start by saying that our family used Big Man Movers 3 years ago. Back then everything was great. We had great movers, they were nice, friendly and most important, they handled our belongings with great care. Everything was wrapped with moving blankets and arrived unharmed at our destination. So, we didn’t even hesitate to hire them again. Big mistake. This move was quite the opposite. The mover Nick arrived with an attitude and started literally dragging furniture across the floor with no protection whatsoever. They hardly wrapped anything even though they probably had 100 moving blankets

They were able to accommodate my move even though it was unexpectedly only two days from when I called them after another mover had suddenly been forced to cancel just two days before the scheduled move.. They were also able to provide packers with almost no prior notice on a Sunday afternoon.

Nick and Chris are awesome! They took their time to wrap up all my furniture, carefully loading and unloading my furniture. I cannot describe how appreciative I am making this difficult move and easy process. They have an awesome attitude and have a funny sense of humor. I totally recommend this team of Nick and Chris!! This was a great experience. From the time the site supervisor Bobby arrived the first day I knew all my issues were going to be resolved. I had a last minute need for packing, moving and cleaning, and they were able to check mark each box for me with almost no notice. To finish up the job was Andrea who came in and make the house feel brand new by the time she walks away from it. I can't thank them enough for everything they did from start to finish.

The two movers did well, but if given the option, we would have paid for a 3rd person to wrap all case goods in padded blankets or to insert pads between pieces as they were loaded onto the truck, and later offloaded into storage. We noticed many cosmetic dings, rub marks and bruises after we set them up in the final destination - 2nd move by the same staff.

I have had the worst experience with this company. First they miscommunicated with me about when they were going to arrive. Then when they arrived and I did a walk through I was told that the packing and the move would be done by 2pm on Saturday. They didn't finish the move until Monday and they have destroyed multiple pieces of furniture. Then… to top it off they couldn't figure out how to move my sleeper couch and they destroyed the couch, the walls, and the door jam. They took it to someone to repair the damage and brought it back to my house only to show me that nothing had been repaired

These guys know how to move! I was nervous going long distance. It was more than I wanted to spend, but it was worth it! Not a single scratch or broken glass! I had to move into this ultra conservative condo, with a white glove service. They were fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone who is as type A as myself! The value is worth it! Wesley and his crew are top notch in this industry!

From start the finish our move with Big Man Movers was a fantastic experience. Carlos, our account rep took care of our quote, answered all of my questions and was always available when I needed to make changes. James and Bobby were amazing and took such good care of our items. We had originally planned on a next day delivery but they were able to get everything loaded, transported and unloaded all in one day. I would recommend Big Man Movers to anyone, large move or small.

Juan and his crew did an AMAZING job!! My grandmother is having a tough time and they were very understanding and so sweet. I would hands down recommend them. Think you so so much guys.
Update: Ruben and Noodles are truly amazing. Ruben is definitely muscle man and Noodles will get there 🤣 I will say Ruben and I had to move a dresser because Noodles just wasn't strong enough 😂🤣 Much love and respect for these men! You guys rock!!

I would recommend BIG MAN MOVERS to anyone looking for good quality professional movers at a great price! I work at an Apartment Community in Altamonte Springs and was tasked with moving a pool table at a VERY short notice. This has been a moving nightmare!!! We hired Big Man Movers to move 1/2 mile away. We've had more damage from Wesley and his crew than you could ever imagine. It was raining the day we moved; antiques were treated like footballs, no respect for their values and our furniture and belongings paid the price without a doubt. Pictures were knocked off walls and broken as they were loading furniture, antiques never wrapped just dropped, broke and never said a word. One piece of furniture was padded, wrapped in shrink wrap and it made the move safely. Upon arrival it was a different story! They unwrapped

We were blown away by the team & their great customer service while helping us move; when I walked in the house after work, they stopped what they were doing to introduce themselves to me and went the extra mile. We had to be packed up on a Thursday night then close on 2 houses Friday then unpack the truck at the new house Friday afternoon; they were very helpful & accommodating during the entire stressful process. Raheem (the team lead) was beyond awesome & very very nice, he did a great job leading the team & ensuring they were staying on pace, working quickly but also ensuring
