Unprofessional and rude. I hate to write this review but my experience was so upsetting. My appointment was incorrect - despite 2 different phone calls confirming my 3:30pm appt. My nail tech was super rude when I asked her for a french manicure - she said she didnt have time because I arrived late, which wasn't the case. They had me in their books for the wrong time-3pm. After telling her this, she got frustrated and said something to the effect of- well it's not my problem we dont have enough time. Long story short I told her to just finish taking my nail polish off and refund my gift

I've never written less than a positive review before, but unfortunately this experience felt as though it could be helpful to share. During my manicure, I was incorrectly advised that something was wrong with my nails. So the salon owner recommended doing a different service than what I had booked originally to address the issue they thought was present. Turns out the problem they thought was present was not an issue at all. Had an amazing first visit and was excited to go back. Thought I had found my new neighborhood nail salon! Then on my second visit I met Nichelle. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Before she even finished my gel removal she began to be outright rude and cranky until I decided to leave without my nails being finished. Please get out of the customer service industry if you can't be polite OR if you're having a crappy day just stay home instead of taking it out on customers! I had high hopes for this place but I did not feel welcome by anyone except the guy running the front desk at the time. The woman doing my nails rushed through the entire process and the end result really reflects that. I've had far better manicures for much less than the $60 they charged me for a hard gel rebase + shellac. A bad manicure is one thing, but the extremely unwelcoming environment will keep me from giving it a second chance.

These ladies here are amazing! Had an apt for a mani pedi but was running a few minutes late (as we are new to the neighborhood and got a little lost) but they very kindly offered to still accommodate our appointments even though they closed at 7am. They did a fantastic job and didn't rush at all. Very clean and amazing customer service. Def worth every penny!

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The place is very clean and cute. However, the skill level is just not there. I don't know if it was only my nail tech or what but she couldn't do an ombré French, then I wanted the mirror/chrome looking polish for French and apparently that wouldn't work, then I thought getting ombré glitter would be a safe call and no. I could've done this better myself. I even sent it to my best friends and they said a 5 year old could've put the glitter on the same way. There is nothing ombré about it. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment and they are great at nails. The space is well ventilated and clean.

I've never had a more relaxing, fun, and healthy pedicure! If you're wondering if you should get your nails done here the answer is yes.

I have consistently had great pedicures at Haven. The seating is comfortable, the service is professional and efficient, and the pedicure lasts for weeks. I visited recently and everyone wore masks and seating was spaced out - it felt very safe and sanitary. I love the upgraded spa pedicure; hot towels, exfoliating scrub and plenty of moisturizing. I love coming here with friends for a slightly luxurious afternoon treat.

Outside on the sidewalk I saw a sign that said "Mon-Fri 10-2 Happy Hour 20% off Pedis". DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any establishment EVER. The hostess and technician were so vile my friend and I walked out on our appointments. I literally asked the technician if she was going to be rude the whole time. And these jokers really thought we were going to pay a cancellation fee.

My friend booked a pedicure here for me for my birthday and it was a wonderful treat. The staff was super friendly and they offered me water, tea, or wine when I arrived. They had Chardonnay and merlot. I had the red and it was tasty and a very nice surprise!

The seats are a bit hard to get in and out of but they are comfortable when you get settled. The woman doing my pedicure was very capable and friendly. I wish she had let my feet soak a bit longer before doing the scrubbing but all my dry skin and calluses are gone now.

The website is clean and user-friendly, they list all their prices and describe all their services online, and you can book your appointment online, which is great because I hate having to talk to other humans on the phone. Nora was so thorough and meticulous on my manicure and pedicure, they both came out beautifully. I went in recently for a gel polish manicure. Figured I would treat myself and make a same day appointment during my lunch break. Saw the prices and thought they were fair compared to many other nail salons in the area.

Scheduling online was easy, and as a first time customer I selected "any technician available." Upon arriving (mid-day during work week), the male receptionist was immediately responsive. Very nice, friendly, and helpful - good customer service. He helped me select my color and directed me to the station where I would get my nails done by one of the technicians.

I frequently come here because it's close to my work. They're usually not too busy but I also make appointments before I go. The place is not huge but big enough to accommodate 5-10 people for mani/pedis. I usually have pretty good service but sometimes it does feel like they're rushing through the process. Variety of services to choose from and everyone is very nice.

Haven is a complete mixed bag. I have been here more than 20 times and you never know what you're going to get.

Sometimes the tech is friendly and talkative, sometimes they only speak in a foreign language with their peers and never really communicate with you.

Sometimes your gel mani/pedi will stay on for two weeks no problem and sometimes it's peeled all the way off after 4 days.

Sometimes they have a nice color selection and sometimes all the nice colors have run out.

Sometimes your cuticles are left fresh and gleaming, sometimes they're completely chewed up and painful

Always a quality job. Great attention to detail - and.... there’s wine.

This was just what I needed after walking all around Denver downtown in the wrong shoes.

I was happy to come in and not have to wait very long to be seated for my pedicure. I had no appointment and the gentleman behind the hostess area was very nice and got me seated within 10 mins. I have made appointments for pedicures and had to wait much longer. Crazy!!

This place is pretty hip and located in the heart of everything. You walk, to restaurants, breweries, cute shops....its an awesome location.

Its got a second story which is small but i belive used for storage or eyebrows and such.

This is such a cute spot and I expected so much more. It was very mediocre, just got the job done nothing more that made it stand out.

The pedicure chairs weren't cozy and I wasn't comfortable being so sunk into the chair. It was a little awkward. Won't be getting a pedicure here again.

I also got my acrylics removed and the gal cut my finger with the clippers pretty bad, it bled for about 30 minutes after I left. The gal acted like it was no big deal.

I won't be returning.
