We bought a house that had polyethylene pipes, so we contacted Jerry and in one day he had all the pipes replaced with PEX and a new water heater installed. We got several estimates for the job and we saved a ton of money with Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing and Repair. They are very experienced, professional and fair. We are so happy with their service.

Courtesy did a great repair job replacing our hose bib faucets for our washing machine. Jerry did it for exactly the same dollar that his estimate was beforehand. New 1/4 turn brass faucets with internal connecting lines and the new clamps. Jerry was done in about 20 minutes. It tested out well with no leaks. Great job at a very reasonable price.

Don’t deal with anyone else. They’ll charge more and not do it right. He did 2 baths, 4 sinks, dishwasher, laundry, water heater, and an outside hose bib in about 6 hours. He would have been done then but had to fix some broken drain pipes and replace a sink drain the the other plumber put in the shower. Some guys have to stop working to take phone calls. He wears a headset so he can talk to customers while he’s on his back in the crawl space with tools in both hands. Really. The is the only guy you want to do a replumb from polybutylene to PEX. The best.

We recently purchased a manufactured home here in the Paulden area. The toilet in the master bath needed repair and we decided to replace the toilets in both bathrooms. We picked up 2 double-flush toilets at Home Depot (we are on hauled water and need to conserve where we can). We called Jerry to install. He came out promptly, did the job quickly and efficiently and charged a very fair price. We certainly will call him again if the need arises.
