Caleb Lihn is an estate planning, elder law, and special needs attorney. The experiences of raising a special needs daughter and caring for a mother with dementia issues inspired Caleb to assist individuals and families in need. Emily and Jessica, How did you do it? How did you put up with us? I’m honestly not sure but I’m glad you did. You got us through the toughest time in my life and that of my family. Emily Taylor you were patient, kind and understanding. And the same for you Jessica McElderry. You listened politely to my crying & griping (okay, that was mostly Lynda!) All kidding aside, we appreciate all of the work you did in helping us first with the care for my husband and then for the trust. I can't thank Emily Taylor and her team for the outstanding service they provided to our family. We used another law firm before that was simply terrible, so we were skeptical to go to another law firm. This firm is not very experienced in family medical issues. They had taken over 5 months to get the medical records from a patient who was medically kidnapped and labeled as Against Medical Advice, and the records confirmed a brain lesion. This was critical time lost and detrimental for the patient. Don't let this firm be your only choice.

We hired Emily Taylor and her incredible staff to help us get our father medically and financially qualified for ALTCS. It has been a tricky situation to navigate but they have been fantastic, timely, knowledgeable, and readily available to answer all of our questions. Cannot think these gals enough! First hurdle jumped; Dad medically qualified earlier this week! Now working on next steps, but I am confident with their help we will make this work and get Dad taken care of. Emily Taylor truly went above and beyond for our family. My mother was on hospice and my father needed legal help with their living trust in a timely manner, without getting into specifics she helped my father in a difficult sitituation. She really jumped through hoops to make things work out and we felt her sincere concern for our family. I was so impressed with the way she handled this circumstance that I also had her help my husband and I with our Living Trust which included our business. Caleb is a knowledgable, caring, and trustworthy attorney that knows his stuff when it comes to estate planning and elder law. Very few attorneys have the well-rounded approach that Caleb takes when representing a client and taking in the whole picture.

Emily was referred by our son and daughter in law for wills and trusts, since they just had Emily draw up their documents. Our 1st meeting was very well structured and very informative. Although having wills and trusts done at the same time, there was a lot of documentation and legal jargon to read through and try to understand. At the day of signing, Emily took her time in going over the documents line by line explaining what each one meant and if we had concerns or questions.
