Services
We are known for our unique interpretation of Palm Springs Modern, but we also do a great deal of transitional and traditional interiors which makes our Interior Design Portfolio as diversified as our clientele. Most of our projects go from the mailbox to the pool and we handle all of the project design from the inside out.
Buying a home is often most peoples largest purchase and biggest asset. Empty homes challenge buyers as they cannot visualize the space, layout and scale of rooms. Home staging sparks the imagination of buyers allowing them to visualize themselves living in the home. Buyers tend to bid fast and high once they make that connection.
Our clients travel frequently and wanted their new home to have a very relaxed, colorful resort-inspired feel. Situated on a golf course with a center courtyard pool, our design concept was to create a private swim club blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. Located off the renovated pool, the 5th bedroom was converted to a Cabana Room.
We start our process gathering as much data and information about you and your project as we possibly can. Typically, clients will fill out the YOUR PROJECT form which helps our clients become clear as to what they are asking and for us to better understand the overall scope of work and expectations.
We hired Joel and his team to plan and execute a major renovation of a home in Palm Springs, California. Joel listened carefully and captured the spirit of our vision in a set of professionally-rendered plans and an accurate and detailed budget. He responded quickly to questions and change requests, and provided contacts for supplemental suppliers and services as needed.
