After having a negative customer service experience with The Carpet Workroom, another local provider, I contacted Weston Carpet & Rugs in Norwell. The experience from the start was top-notch. They sent someone to my home the next day with samples all within the budget I provided. Aside from not having to visit a showroom, I was able to preview the material in the actual space. Expectations exceeded. Noor was very knowledgeable and worked with us on our overall vision and budget for our custom stairway and 2nd floor hallway runner. The installation team worked very precisely on the small and quirky stairs of our old home, and did a fantastic job cleaning afterwards. Also a huge selection of options here for area rugs and carpeting.

Weston carpet is the best! Their customer service is beyond compare. Their prices were lower than the competitors and their delivery times were shorter. They also offer removal of your old carpet for a reasonable fee. My carpet arrived today and it's just perfect! One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

This is our second time using Weston Carpet. The first time we carpeted our stairs going up to the 2nd floor. This time we used them to do the entire finished basement. Both times, we were extremely happy with the quality and the service we received.

I have done business with Weston Carpets twice this year. I redecorated our living room, dining room & master bedroom. Ali was very accommodating, bringing multiple choices to my home! He made the process very simple!! He also worked well with the budget we gave him!

I would highly recommend Weston carpet. They are professional, responsive and incredibly helpful in the selection process. Their installation was flawless. We are in the process of moving, and they were more than willing to work through my realtor to arrange visits to the house for measurement and carpet style recommendations. I had such faith in the planning process, I did not even bother to be physically there for the installation. Again, I highly recommend them!
