Engineering Manufacturing Service
We are a full service engineering and manufacturing company of stainless steel mounting kits. Today's market requires a variety of designs for both valves and actuators. EMS custom designs and manufactures high quality brackets, couplers, and accessory kits for process control and automation. The Adjustalok(R) can accommodate packages which have variable travel such as high performance butterfly valves and 3-way plug valves.

EMS manufactures many mounting kits linking many different valves to a variety of actuators, gears, and switches. RetroLok(R) allows quick visual determination from a distance of whether the quarter turn valve is locked open or closed by the locking pin. EMS offers stem extensions in lengths from 4" to 12'0" and available in carbon or stainless steel.
Services
Engineering Manufacturing Services Co. was established in 1985 by Gale Orem, a graduate of Purdue University Engineering School and is a licensed engineer. The company was incorporated in 1988 and has become a full service engineering and manufacturing company of stainless steel mounting kits. EMS custom designs and manufactures high quality brackets, couplers, and accessory kits for process control and automation.
Switch mounting made simple! Now mount a switch/signal device on a manually operated valve as easily as you would on most pneumatic actuators. SWITCHLINK(R) is a robust mechanical handle actuator used to manually operate a valve while providing a standardized switch/signal mounting surface. Stainless steel is standard, but other alloys are available.
Tandem switch linkage and tandem valve linkage assembly is an economical cost saver and alternative to expensive ball valves. Our tandem linkage kit allows an operator to turn multiple valves at once. Tandem switch linkage allows either two switches or a switch and positioner to be mounted on a single actuator.
Our Waterjet CNC cutting system provides a unique service of cutting a wide range of materials with a highly pressurized water stream. CAD/CAM (computer aided design manufacturing) technology is used to control the cutting of difficult two dimensional artistic shapes, notches and inside corners to precise specifications.
