Nancie has been a professional photographer since 1983. After relocation to Edisto Island, she now enjoys creating beautiful beach & weddings portraits and all phases of photography.
Working in resort photography for two years, she then started her own business, Lasting Impressions Photography. After studying portraiture with Don Blair in Atlanta, Georgia, she opened a full time studio in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. She has attended numerous seminars and classes in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
We vacationed as a family of 19 on Edisto and wanted pictures to commentate our time together. Nancie was wonderful with our large group and all our kiddos! Our pictures turned out gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend Lasting Impressions Photography!!

Nancie did an outstanding job capturing a family reunion and milestone birthday. She was communicative and accommodating to a last minute change in date due to weather. Nancie was professional and clearly knew what she was doing during the beach shoot. Results were wonderful with so many lovely photos to choose from and memories that will last forever!

This was by far the worst wedding photographer I have ever experienced. She said 3 hours out of a 5 hour wedding would be enough time to get all of the shots. She took one frame of each pose and had to be asked to take more pictures repeatedly because she would stare off into the distance after shooting LITERALLY ONE picture... aka one picture to chose from for each group... no options . She was extremely rude and lacked direction. A lot pictures came back blurry. 'Editing' was either washed out or super orange. She titled the album a completely different last maiden name of the Bride I was the

Finding a beach photographer was important to us because we love the beach and wanted to capture this for our family picture. Especially at Edisto-our favorite beach!!
My kids can be a handful-but Nancie was amazing with them!! It's clear she loves kids as much as she loves people!! Her laid back attitude and passion for the perfect shots made for an amazing session. WE CANT DECIDE!! Too many beautiful shots!!!

Nancie did a phenomenal job photographing our family. She took us to the most perfect, remote spot on the beach with no tents or people in the background. The wind was not on our side and Nancie came equipped with a hair tie to control my hair! She was fun, upbeat and very knowledgeable about the lighting and positioning for our shoot. This was my first experience with beach photography and Nancie was hands down the best!! Thank you for capturing our best moments!
