I have always loved the visionary aspect of remodeling homes. When I look at a home, I can clearly see it's full potential - new colors, new landscaping, moving walls, etc. The beautiful thing to me about restoring homes rather than building brand new homes is the challenge. Once complete, you will never forget what it took to fix something that was so broken.
What do we do differently than other property management companies? We offer flat fees. That's right - no hidden/extra fees! Majority of property management companies charge a percentage of rent. On top of that, owners often pay additional fees for other services that should've been included in the management fees paid.

I only had Milestone for a short time but I was thoroughly impressed. If you're leasing in the Sherman/Denison area I would definitely check them out as they were the best property management group I've ever been with.
Background: I initially had a private lease with an individual landlord who decided to sell to another investor. The new investor used Milestone Premier Properties as the management company instead of managing it himself.

Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and am able to talk with someone immediately. There is a coffee bar filled with snacks and drinks when I do have to wait. The atmosphere in the office is full of energy and style. I love it. Then, when I talk with Brandy, she is so informative and trustworthy. She does an outstanding job! I’ll never shop for a house without her!

Milestone has been such a great experience and we are so happy we found them. I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent. Brandy was so amazing and helped us get into a place right away!!
