We regularly go to Juany Nail Supply but they were closed so I brought my 2 kiddos here to get supplies to do nails at home. We felt extremely claustrophobic as there was SO much going on in there. It was packed with so much stuff and we all felt overwhelmed. I had my small purse and the woman working at the front desk loudly and rudely asked me if I even read the sign. Had I seen the sign that said I couldn't have my purse, I obviously wouldn't have brought it in but the sign wasn't posted at the door. It was by the cash register with the print pointing to the back of the store

Horrible experience. The cash register lady was very rude, I was looking at my receipt because I thought it was a little expensive so I was still standing in front of the cash register and she told me to move, not in a kind way but in a rude way were she was just shuing me away, because there was somebody behind me trying to pay. I feel like if I'm not completely sure about the prices I just pay for it and I'm just simply looking at my receipt before I head out she should've asked me if I had any questions instead she just told me to move, not good customer service. Front lady is rude and doesn't know anything I asked her which powder to get and she told me the total opposite one i was thinking of getting but since she worked there I thought she knew what she was talking about and when i got home and used the powder it was nothingggggg like the powder i needed. Yeah i use to come here to get my supplies but never again. And on top of that she wouldn't even look at me when telling me the prices horrible experience.

This place has everything you need to do nails. You do not need a tech license. The lady working is very nice and friendly. The prices are affordable compared to any other place. The only con is it is tight space but you'll see pass that once you see the prices and all the product available. Definitely will be going back here. Highly recommend.

I went to this store yesterday with a friend and there were 2 ladies working. We were browsing all of the many of items they offer and one of the ladies drags over a ladder and steps up on it right next to me. I didnt think anything of it until we moved and this lady followed us. It was the worst and most uncomfortable shopping trip I have ever had in my life. The whole time we shopped she was not 2 feet away from us. They made us feel like we were trying to steal. I purchased some powder and acrylic liquid and the quality is very low. I will never return to this store again even though its right
