At Envision Eyecare, we are pleased to offer a wide range of optometry services for our community! Our experienced optometrists can provide you with thorough eye evaluations, determine if you need corrective lenses and your exact prescription strength, fit you with the appropriate specialty eyewear, and help you pick out the most flattering pair of glasses for your face shape and skin tone.
Envision Eyecare optometrists care about you and your eyes. They take your eye care seriously. Each optometrist has undergone extensive education and is certified by the Wisconsin Optometric Examining Board to practice at the most advanced level possible.
This includes not only expert prescribing and fitting of eyeglasses and contact lenses, but the ability to manage ocular diseases (everything from "pink eye" to glaucoma) and perform minor surgical procedures such as removing foreign bodies from the eye.

Envision Eyecare is an excellent experience from the time one makes their appointment to the completion of the exam. The office staff is so warm and welcoming on top of being incredibly efficient. The techs administer the initial exams thoroughly while explaining things through the process. I have a unique need in that a medication I take can affect my eyes. Dr Sarazen is knowledgeable about this along with providing excellent care for my eyes.

I've seen Dr. Sarazen since I started going to Envision. He is very thorough and answers any questions I have. The entire staff is great to work with--from the front desk to the sales people. They have a wide variety of frame choices and price points. I have referred people to them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. They are efficient, no long waits in the lobby. I’ve had RK surgery, cataract surgery, and a detached retina, so I have some special eye conditions, which do not allow my eyesight to be corrected with glasses. Dr Sarazen was able to fit me with special contacts that correct my vision to 20/20. I am thankful for the great Eyecare I get at Envision Eye Care.

Went in for an estimate for safety glasses but never place an order. Weeks later got a final notice bill to pay for the glasses I never ordered, tried to resolve the problem after talking back and forth the person who gave me an estimate said he assumed I wanted them and placed the order even after I said I would callback if I wanted them and the manager's solution was for me to pay a restocking fee of $50 for glasses I never ordered.
