This flower shop has the WORST customer service! The order I received was wrong order, and then so I had to go through all the trouble to call and state that it wasn't the right order - which was a long process. Then, they had said they would send a new order the next day. It never came, and again I had to call again - and so they stated that it would arrive the following day. The delivery then came, however, when they brought the flowers - it did not look like the order and I even had to forfeit the wrong flowers I had received on my birthday. They will state that the 'recipe' is the same, yet

What a joke. Ordered flowers on my anniversary, guaranteed to be there Monday the 22nd, waited all day for my wife to get the flowers. They finally showed up at 6pm in the evening and the flowers looked like they had been run over by a truck. Wilted, sun damaged, looked terrible. Originally ordered through FTD, which works with this local florist. I was charged $77 for a bouquet of flowers that I could have bought at Walmart for 9.99. What a sham. FTD should be ashamed of themselves and so should Westside Florist.
