If you need help with your 3D printer regardless of where you are. Fargo3D probably has the part or solution that meets your need. The people there are friendly and know 3d printers and can help you especially if you are out of warranty and have a printer that is broadly used.
Online ordering is great but sometimes you have to call to get clarification on the part.
