Design Elite was founded in 1990 by Garry M. Price, AIA. He graduated from Clemson University's School of Architecture in 1977. Prior to starting his own practice Garry worked 13 years for a few various-sized firms in New Jersey and South Carolina. As with any growing firm, the staff has also grown to successfully meet the needs of our clients.
Currently, our staff also includes interior designer Brandon Smith, who received his B.A. from West Virginia University and has experience as a custom residential designer as well. Kelly LeHew completes our staff as our office manager and allows us to give more personal attention to clients with her administrative support and organizational skills.

Since its creation nearly three decades ago in Greenville, SC, Design Elite has been offering custom residential architectural design services including over 250 projects in the Cliffs Communities nestled amidst the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains as well as homes scattered along the shores of Lake Keowee and lining the finest streets in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Met with an Architect that was impromptu and I found it quite a wake-up call - The figures he was dishing out to my Husband & I was astronomical... He quoted us 3 to 6 MILLION dollars on our custom built home - I couldn't even believe what was coming out of his mouth even though he was highly recommended by one of the Builders we were considering... Everyone is taking advantage because of the pandemic and it is crazy & unethical - He agreed and was at least very honest about that... It seems that everyone is trying to dash our dreams BUT I am still keeping the faith AND still believe we will have
