Services
We take into consideration the whole person including your general health and medical conditions, occupation, avocations and lifestyle during your eye exam. Think of our practice as being the PCP (Primary Care Physician) office for your eyes. Disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid dysfunction and autoimmune diseases can have eye complications that we are able to diagnose and assess during an eye examination.

A complete list of prescription and nonprescription medications (including any eye drops and ointments). Your contact lenses, case and prescription (you should wear your contacts and bring your boxes, if possible).
Since the implementation of The Affordable Care Act in 2010, many insurance policies provide preventive care, including routine eye exams, for patients with little or no co-pay. Medical visits and exams, where a medical eye condition is being monitored, may require a referral and/or be applied to your deductible.
Dr. Gordon was raised in suburban Philadelphia and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He received his optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the NH Optometric Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Each pair of our eyeglasses are tailor-made to the patient's specific visual needs, prescription, and frame. Our prescription lenses are made by Essilor Laboratories, the world's leading provider of eyeglass lenses. Essilor is dedicated to research and innovation and is the proud manufacturer of Varilux progressive lenses and Crizal anti-glare lenses.

One time I called in and the lady, I believe her name was Chelsea, answered. I asked which drops were best for allergies and I was given a reccomendation straight from the doc himself. The drops made my eyes feel SO much better. So I thank them. They are spectacular here and I will drive the hour it takes me to see Dr. Michael B. Gordon everytime because both he and his staff are simply the best in all the land.

Bigger is not better - as in LensCrafters et. al.
Dr. Gordon is located in a small strip mall in a small town yet provides giant quality and service.
My vision hasn't been this clear in years - even though I went to one of the big chains a year ago and got new frames/lenses. I still couldn't see as well as I do now.
I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Gordon. You will not be disappointed.
